As of January 9th, 2016, disputes between service providers and consumers in connection with online sales contracts are to be settled via the online platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (OS platform). The platform is provided by the EU Commission and can be found under the link: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We would like to point out that the online platform is not yet operational; the platform will start operating on February 15, 2016.
