As a passenger, I’ve spent more time on board airplanes than some crew members. For many years, I flew several times a week for work.
The first time I got into a sports airplane, my friend Sven Kalsbach, a pilot and prize-winner of many sports championships, invited me to sit beside him.

The operational load limit is ±10g! The maximum angular rotation speed exceeds 400 degrees per second! Not everyone (even a trained athlete) can endure this. However, flying on this plane, you simply enjoy the incredible capabilities of the aircraft and the beauty of aerobatic flight. The Extra-330LC is ultra-extreme — one of the best aerobatic planes in the world!

I immediately decided to call a flight school and inquire about the conditions for training.
"Hello, can I get private pilot training with you, and what are your requirements?"
The response: "Well, you need sufficient knowledge of physics and mathematics to understand all the processes happening during a flight."
"That’s clear, but what are the conditions? What do you offer?"
They told me: "Let him call himself."
I asked: "Who is 'he'?"
"Well, whoever you’re calling on behalf of—let him call."

"Well, I’m not asking whether you have women. I’m asking to enroll in school."
They replied: "We don’t have female pilots, and we never will."
Sometimes, even over the phone, you face such an attitude.
That’s why I had to turn to a private school in Germany, which eventually became my home.

"Well, son, bald pilots are the ones who can fly anywhere, in any weather, in total darkness, and land on a ‘tiny patch’ during a tropical storm."
"And the gray-haired ones?"
"The gray-haired ones are the ones who fly in the same crew as the bald ones…"
