Many leaders or managers are very skeptical of the modern approach of well-being, defining your dreams, doing yoga, meditating, practicing affirmations, etc.
And... I was one of them. My brain was flooded with knowledge of laws, standards, ISO, NC, IOSA, MDR, MBA, KPI, PhD, PPL and many other industry acronyms and requirements. There was no room left in my head and my entire body for feelings or emotions.

Journaling became my best medicine. Everything I have compiled in this book is a reflection of the practical techniques and methods I have used on my journey to find personal peace and improve my mental health. It is deep, honest and challenging work with myself, centered on self-discovery and understanding my true feelings, values, beliefs, goals and desires through journaling. Asking different questions, reflecting on different aspects of life - all of these exercises have helped me to uncover hidden insights and create new paths for personal growth and fulfillment.
Faced with near-depression and physical exhaustion (you could call it emotional burnout), I began to look for ways to recover. Through various questions and self-discovery, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of my feelings and find solutions to my problems. By writing down my thoughts and answers to my questions, I created a journal, which may be helpful to you as well.

Using my 30 years of experience as a management consultant and analyzing the processes of a life cycle, I discovered parallels between managing a business and managing your own life. Understanding and adopting the new acquired knowledge from positive psychology, happiness management, and wellbeing practices, helped me restore my energy, achieve harmony and balance in my mental health.

So, am I fully healed?
As it stands today, the short answer is no, but I am on my way towards it!
